Jeff Hardy

JEFF HARDY is the Chairman and founder of TOPS Software, one of the oldest software companies providing accounting and administrative software to management companies and self-managed communities. Prior to founding TOPS Software, Jeff’s background was in accounting and property management. He worked as a staff accountant and accounting manager for two Fortune 500 companies for eight years, becoming a division accounting manager overseeing four divisions of a large, multi-national technology company in the Washington, D.C. area.

In 1977, Jeff founded a management company which specialized in management of condominium and homeowners associations, eventually managing 15,000 homes in suburban Maryland.

TOPS Software was developed first for use by Jeff’s management company beginning in 1979, then released for sale to the public in 1985. TOPS Software has become the most widely used software for the Condo/HOA industry and continues to stay at the forefront of technology. Joining CAI in 1975, Jeff has been a speaker at a number of local and national CAI conferences on the subject of computers and technology over the years.

Mickey McGuire
National Sales Manager

SouthData has been a part of the Property Management industry for over 25 years, and MICKEY MCGUIRE has been there for much of that time. With a long history of sales and marketing in a variety of industries, Mickey heads up the HOA Division at SouthData covering the U.S. In his capacity as National Sales Manager, his responsibilities reach beyond just sales; Mickey is intimately involved in product development, operations and production.

Throughout the years, he has gained a thorough understanding of the complexity and importance of billing documents and other association communications. He uses this information as a frequent speaker to Property Management groups and CAI chapter events across the United States.

Craig Huntington

CRAIG HUNTINGTON began his career in association management in 1980 when he founded Huntington Property Services, a full-service property management company specializing in homeowner association management in Southern California. Craig has been President of the Channel Island Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) and has served on the Board of Directors for the Nevada, Central Arizona and Utah CAI Chapters.

Craig is also a well-respected and distinguished industry and motivational speaker. He has been presenting managerial, leadership and motivational presentations for the past 20 years and has developed a comprehensive collection of presentations on a wide range of subjects. Craig has spoken at CAI conferences, management companies, executive retreats and strategic meetings in more than 15 states.

Currently, Craig is President of Alliance Association Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank that provides services designed for homeowner associations and management companies. Prior to joining Alliance Association Bank, Craig was President and founder of Community Association Banc.

Craig received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from Oregon State University in 1972 and currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mike Hardy
President and CEO

MIKE HARDY has more than 14 years of software sales and sales management experience. Prior to joining TOPS Software in 2009, he worked at Vocus, Inc. (VOCUS) where he specialized in web-based solutions for the public affairs industry as a Senior Account Executive. Mike started his sales management career at Enterprise Rent-A- Car. Mike is a graduate of Radford University and has degrees in History and Political Science.
